It is the sweetest of people like Colin & Jenoa that keep me loving what I do. From the moment Jenoa emailed me, I knew we were a perfect fit. A lot of peopl ask, what exactly makes a perfect fit between a client and photographer. For me, it is when a bride mentions a few keywords in her initial inquiry. I love when I hear words like, classic, modern, timeless, organic, photography. These are words I use to describe my own photography style, so when they are also using them to describe their wedding, it is most likely a perfect match.
Colin & Jenoa had a timeless, garden wedding held at their grandma's private property in Sugarhouse, Utah. Jenoa's custom made gown that she designed herself had Colin glancing all day. It was such a tender moment watching Colin tear up while Jenoa walked down the aisle with her dad. It was one of my favorite moments from the whole day. After an intimate ceremony under the trees, they had a small dinner gathering with their ceremony guests and then opened up the reception their growing group of family and friends. Their amazing reception treats were homemade by Colin's mom who could not have been more gracious and talented.
